We invite you to 3 jam-packed days of YOGA, HIKING, HIKING, GOOD VIBES and SOUL FOOD - Yoga instructor Bettina and Local Claudia are already looking forward to seeing you.

Bettina, our yoga teacher, will take you on the yoga mat. The style will be adapted to the time of day. Be it a Power Hatha Flow in the morning to get the body going or a YinSession in the evening to let the adventures of the day fade away and to quiet the mind.

The exact schedule will be provided to you in time before your departure. It will be adjusted a few days before the start of the day according to the current weather conditions, as we want you to get the most out of the weekend. Basically the day starts before breakfast (7:30 am) to wake up the mental and physical body with meditation, breathing exercises and asanas. During the day we enjoy the nature, take a food break at noon on the mountain and in the evening again reflected, planned, laughed and enjoyed the traditional Austrian cuisine together. Small surprise included: Bettina and Claudia love the special moments in the mountains - be excited - because it goes on foot to a very special place. However, an early bird is not excluded ;)
