Hiking tour to explore herbs to the Stafel Alpe

The Biosphärenpark Großes Walsertal is known for its diverse rough pastures, for its sheer endless abundance of different herbs and plants. But who knows them all? With a herbalist from the biosphere park you will roam through the meadows and forests and get to know the herbs that you otherwise carelessly pass by. All your senses will be involved: what do edible herbs look like, how do they taste, what dishes do they go with and how are they processed? Experience the answer to all these questions for yourself.
