Forest Breathing - Biophilia meets Yoga

We start with a short meditation and some simple yoga exercises (approx. 15 min.) before we dive into the atmosphere of the forest after a short introduction and walk attentively and mindfully through the forest.

On the full moon experience evenings, the Dorfbahn and Panoramabahn (cable car) will take you to the Burtschasattel and back again from 18:00. After the hike, you can stop off at the open Frööd mountain restaurant to round off the evening.

Meeting point: 18:30 Mountain restaurant Frööd, Burtschasattel - Dorfbahn and Panoramabahn (cable car) takes you from Brand to the Burtschasattel. The ascent and descent is included in the guest card for the full moon experience.
