Four chefs, a guest chef, five courses and a kitchen. In this gourmet experience, four creative chefs from the Brandnertal invite not only all gourmets, but also a guest chef to get to know the culinary heritage of the world in a new and exciting way five times a year. Five menu creations under the motto "Dishes of History" make you want to get to know the Brandnertal from its culinary side.
Boban Jovic from the Hotel Sarotla, Miladin Panic from the restaurant Brandner Hof, Christian Beck from the Palüd Hütte and Ulli Maurer from the hotel Dunza, swing their cooking spoons alternately in one of the participating restaurants and spoil the guests with new culinary creations.
The pleasure experience takes a little break and will be back 2021 with new ideas, concepts & new pleasure stations!
