How is the weather created? Why must certain boundaries between humans, animals and the nature be kept? What alpine dangers are there in the mountains of the Brandnertal?
We have so many questions for nature and the Natursprünge path in Brandnertal gives us the right answers for every season.
Winter hiking along the theme path "Natursprünge".
Even though the wintertime means that not all stations are in operation the theme trail is a wonderful addition to a fulfilling ski holiday. Our children like to ski, but after two or three days in a ski course we are looking for an alternative program. So we grabbed a toboggan, went with the Dorfbahn and the Panoramabahn up to the Burtschasattel and set out to rediscover nature. Most of the time we are sledging and when we pull the sledge it is on groomed winter hiking trails. It is wonderfully quiet in the forest during the winter.
The Natursprünge path reveals a lot of interesting facts.
Our children are far ahead of us, they have already walked to the next station. I am thrilled that the trail playfully informs them of interesting facts about nature - we learn a lot about hunting and the forest, about the soil and the weather, about alpine dangers and the project "Respect your borders" and so much more! Toboggan runs, and well-groomed winter hiking trails make for effortless travel. The natural jump path ends at the Alpe Parpfienz. From here it is only a few meters to the cable car where the toboggan run “Eggen” makes a serious of fast turns back to Brand.
