Female Voices: Wendy McNeill

At eight, Wendy got a horse, which she rode through the woods and fields for the next few years. The sounds of birds, the hum of bees, howling coyotes and the wind whizzing through the birches and poplars were the soundtrack of Wendy's prairie adventures.
