In the second part of the soil series, the participants examine a soil profile outdoors and learn interesting things about soil formation and soil composition. Kerstin Riedmann from the Bodenfreiheit association and soil scientist Walter Fitz explain the important functions of the soil, including responsible use of the soil in our personal environment, e.g. in our own garden.
