Bludenzer Geschichte im Fokus

3 p.m. - The opening of the photo exhibition on the history of the suburb of St. Jakob will take place at 3 p.m. in Haus Würbel (Werdenbergerstraße 10). Musical accompaniment: Vocal ensemble Laguzzen
4.00 p.m. - Bludenz City Laboratory - History and History: In the Bludenz City Laboratory, stories about the past and present of the city of Bludenz are collected. As part of the Long Night of the Museums, schoolchildren set out to talk to people and collect stories.
5.00 pm - Project presentation: Regional archive Bludenz: Stefan Stachniß presents the content of the project “Regional Archive Bludenz”. The focus is on the development of a concept for inter-municipal cooperation between Bludenz, Bürs and Nüziders in matters relating to archiving. The project manager presents the content of his work as well as selected objects from the archives.

Photo exhibition on the history of the suburb of St. Jakob in Haus Würbel:
From the middle of the 19th century, a new living area was built in front of the historic walls of the city of Bludnez - the so-called suburb of St. Jakob. One of these buildings is the Würbel estate, which is currently the focus of a project funded by the Leader program of the European Union. The development of the suburb of St. Jakob and the background to the project will be presented at the night of the museums.
